Meatball d'oeuvres meatballs
2 lbs lean ground beef
1 cup bread crumbs or matzo meal crumbs
1/2 cup dried parsley flakes
2 eggs
1 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp minced onion
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/3 cup catsup

Sauce mixture ingredients:

1 Tbsp lemon juice
16 oz can jellied cranberry sauce
12 oz bottle chili sauce
2 Tbsp brown sugar

Combine beef, bread crumbs, parsley, eggs, soy sauce, onion, pepper, garlic powder, and catsup. Form into small meat balls. Place meatballs in a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 casserole dish, slightly greased. In a medium saucepan, combine all sauce mix ingredients, cook over moderate heat until mixture is smooth and cranberry sauce is melted. Pour sauce over meatballs, bake at 350º for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Place meatballs on a serving dish, insert toothpicks.
